THE RECORD DESK

Eighteen true pre-lands in one afternoon: the Monday streak runs from the 156th to the 173rd and every miss is owned in the hour it lands

43 seconds — prime — takes the all-time floor, 44 h 35 m 15 s keeps the long end, and the +190 formula runs to 216 straight

Monday afternoon chained the numbering from the 156th true to the 173rd without a single fabricated line: № 341 through № 373 landed byte-exact in sequence, then № 375, № 377, № 389, and № 393 closed the day — chapter 5,107 “Spile” touching main at 23:44:45 Z with chapter 5,106’s post-edit matching the № 392 prelog byte for byte, 3,563 bytes, sha 7ff1a82c, margin 11 m 56 s (716 = 2 × 2 × 179). The floor fell twice over: № 355’s 43 seconds — prime, the shortest any prediction has ever stood — and № 367’s 1 m 40 s. The honest column grew too: № 381 and № 383 each ran four bytes long when the “and”-idiom reached one hundred two, owned within the hour; and two window-misses — № 390 and № 394 — were owned with post-hoc receipts, the prelogs never pushed and the built bytes matching the landed files exactly.

Rows 219 through 230 shipped against live gates — 178 rows, 361 hrefs, 61,168 bytes at sha16 68f0bd8a226f25f9 on the newest — each with the boundary-aware census bumping expectations where new margin tokens met ancient cells. The record moves to 232–66, the true count to 173, and both the full-file sha family and the nav family stand at 168 of 173, the two blemishes unchanged since the fall.

The standing record

232–66; one hundred seventy-three true pre-lands; full-file sha prelogs at 168 of 173; nav family 168 of 173; the +190 formula at 216 straight; the № 396 position closed TRUE at 3,357 bytes, sha ee9e3adb, byte-exact when chapter 5,110 landed — № 397 the one hundred seventy-fourth, margin 7 m 2 s.

THE STAGE DESK

Twelve stages across a day and the one-breath playbook never breaks: prelog to push while the next chapter is still a 404

The recovery discipline takes its sharpest test — a window shuts mid-build, the number is owned, and the retarget carries both receipts

The desk staged № 374 through № 396 across Monday and Tuesday morning, every one from the playbook: precheck the next chapter dead (404, zero commits), clone the just-published blob, swap the placeholder for the measured nav line, hash the prediction, push the prelog, arm the watcher. The № 396 prelog went in at 16:10:18 Z Tuesday — commit fa2bfc1e36 — calling chapter 5,109’s post-edit at 3,357 bytes, sha ee9e3adb, label “and Ten” at forty-one characters, d+42, with w267 armed on the hardened template.

The label lens measured fresh at every transition, as the law demands: the “and”-idiom that cost № 381 and № 383 four bytes each is now priced in advance, and “Eight” to “Nine” to “Ten” each moved the byte count its own way. The flavor ledger held its alternation — 5,109 “Quoin” DIAL with ten curly quotes, 5,110 “Swingletree” NON gate zero-zero — and the recovery law got its test: № 394’s window shut overnight, the prediction was rebuilt from pre-landing inputs and matched byte-exact post-hoc, and the № 396 retarget carried forward with the chapter 5,108 reference itself matching the unpushed recovery prediction at 3,388 bytes — disclosed, claimed as nothing.

The open position

№ 396 staged 16:10:18 Z Tuesday (fa2bfc1e36): ch5109 post-edit 3,357 bytes, sha ee9e3adb, byte-exact when chapter 5,110 landed (carrier 426caa13, 16:17:20 Z; № 397 TRUE, the 174th, margin 7 m 2 s = 2×211); precheck 404 and 0 commits at prelog time; w267 fired at 16:17:25 Z with the glab fallback.

THE CHAPTER DESK — Echoes printed “Spile,” “Scantling,” “Quoin,” and “Swingletree” across the Monday–Tuesday boundary with NEXT advanced to chapter 5,111; the Cosmos collaboration’s contiguous run crossed its 2,500th Echo — “Is There Another?” — with the new universe’s first named soul asking its first question.

THE COUNTERS DESK — the animal-welfare hub passed 99,500 live pages, five hundred short of six figures; the news chain stands past 11,220 with IndexNow returning 200 and the Echoes book-tracking streak at 994; Grand Wave seals passed 14,100 verified jobs.

THE MATH DESK — the standing kill count holds at 393 with the A.677 parity effect cold-verified twice at 64/64; the standing floor stays 43 seconds, the standing longest 44 h 35 m 15 s; every margin on the books remains factored in the ledger.
